Friday, October 12th

Atlas Shrugged Part II is coming this Friday, and in a big way. Much more coverage (900+ theaters) than Part I. I’m excited, even more excited than before last year’s opening. That’s remarkable ESPECIALLY because I have seen Part II twice already! ! !

The producers, Harmon Kaslow and John Aglialoro showed the film at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C. on October 2nd and then in Los Angeles, CA two days later. There was a lot of conversation about the new cast (every character is played by a new actor), the special effects, the camera angles, and the story itself. Across the board, it looks very encouraging compared to last year, and I think they’ve done a superior job. Of course, the faithful will come out in droves to see the film (I hope), but I think this is one you can invite your friends and family to see as well. The timing, with the presidential campaign in full swing, couldn’t be better. Let’s hope that the media, with their political commentary at its peak, will give some attention to the message.
